This Monarch had great service at the 2407 breakfast restaurant and the Guest Services, but in the casino, we were there over 4 hours before being offered a drink (or even seeing a server) even after asking multiple employees who assured us someone would be soon?. Also played at Gilpin which had incredible servers and staff. Stayed and played also at Ameristar which gave free water and had many casino servers.
