Most pool applicants are not required to interview prior to hiring.Are “ongoing recruitment,” which means we continually assess applicants and place qualified candidates as positions become available.After the interview, a final selection is made from the top two ranked candidates using Oneida and Indian Preference.Applicants are screened by a committee to determine who will move on to interviews.Please include any supporting documentation, such as a resume outlining how you meet the position requirements, along with your application.Applicants must submit a completed application online by the posted deadline date.We have two types of positions: Interviewed and Pool.
